Josie Davis, a Hollywood born native of California She is a performer also a producer, writer and actor. Davis was a professional since 3 years old, and she appeared in television commercials. When she was a young girl she was a regular on Charles In Charge. It was number one on the ratings for syndication. Josie received three nominations for the highly coveted Youth In FIlm Award, which she took home for her role of Sarah Powell. Davis was a prominent actress on numerous TV shows when she was an adult. She was the recipient of Lifetime Movie Network Awards for her role. Davis studied acting with Paul E Richards intensively for more than twenty years, in spite of her ability to enroll in USC's highly acclaimed Writing Program. Davis when she was of 24, auditioned for the top stars in Hollywood including Shelley Winters and Mark Rydell, as well as Martin Landau. After just one audition, Davis was admitted to the renowned Actors Studio as a member with work privileges. Later, she became a Lifetime member just after her second invitation to audition. Over one thousand actors were invited to audition, which made Davis only one of two actors to be accepted at the time.
